Fans of Twilight, tale of love between a vampire and a human, have much to look forward to. With its second instalment, Twilight Saga: New Moon all set to hit the theatres on November 20, and shooting of third instalment commencing in August, they have much to celebrate.
The second instalment will pick the story right after the first movie where the vampire attack almost ended Bella’s life. During the festivities of her eighteenth birthday with vampire coven who like to be called Cullens, Bella cuts her finger accidently. The sight of blood makes one of the Cullens succumb to his lust for blood and he attacks her. It makes the vampires leave Fork, Washington as Edward realises that Bella’s life would always remain in danger as long as his family is around. Heartbroken, Bella withdraws in herself until it dawns on her that her childhood friend, Jacob Black has brought new meaning to her existence. Things are not what they seem as Jacob has his own secrets and it soon starts affecting their friendship. Struck between new friends, new enemies and new dangers, Bella does not know whether to cling to the past or embrace the unknown future. Things take a dramatic turn when someone from Bella’s past returns to haunt her.
What makes viewing even more interesting is the rumoured romance of Robert Pattison with one of his co-stars. Rumours turned hotter when they were fanned by Jennie Garth, wife of Peter Facinelli who is playing the patriarch of Cullens.
“I can’t say [who she is] because that would be breaking my promise to [my husband Peter], but he is dating one of them!” Jennie informed The New York Daily News recently.
Though she refused to answer the big question, it’s not difficult to make a guess with rumours of Robert’s link up with his on-screen love interest Kristen Stewart galore.
Do you think that denial that Kristen issued recently at Comic Con after the explosion of fan speculation following their appearance together holds any water? It does not, at least to me.
The shooting of Eclipse, the third film in the series is going on in Vancouver, Canada.
